Time flies, more than ten years to peak in a twinkling of an eye. During this period, I became QA , a craftsman, assistant to the workshop director, deputy director, and now the workshop director. I feel very lucky all the way. Because I found a good unit, met leaders who guided, trusted and helped me all the way, and met many masters who fought for opportunities for me.
When I first started working, I worked in the raw material workshop of Jiangnan Factory for more than two months. The Quality Supervision Department recruited QA for the workshop. At that time, I was still lazy, afraid of taking responsibility, and was very tangled about whether to participate in the recruitment. Master Fang enlighten me and say: "People always have to grow up, to take responsibility, there will be pay to gain, of course, pay is also need to wait for the opportunity, can not be impatient, the mentality to set up, sometimes suffer is a blessing. If it is my child, I will not let her always grow up in the shelter of others." At that moment, I felt so warm that she had always taken care of me as her own child.
At the beginning of 2015 , Jiangnan Factory was facing relocation, and the workshop worked overtime to catch up with production and time. But just then, news came that his father was seriously ill. I was worried and a little distracted when I was married. The workshop leader, Tong Xiaojun, saw my worries and arranged all the work for me so that I could have enough time to go home and take care of my father on weekends. With his help, I didn't do anything I regretted.
In the past ten years, I have gained a lot from the management at the grassroots level. I am very grateful to the company for creating a platform for me to display my talents, so that I can continue to learn, exercise and grow in my work. In my work, I learned a lot of knowledge other than textbooks. I also saw the selfless dedication of my predecessors, who set a good example for me.
I am glad that I am in a new era and in such a vibrant enterprise as the peak. I am grateful to our company-she remembers the birthday of each employee and will send birthday wishes to each employee in time; with the coming of the New Year, the welfare of each person has become a common practice; around us, the corporate culture that always makes people feel the peak...... The peak has given me a stage for growth and development, and I should devote myself to returning the peak.
