"Three rates" refer to mining recovery rate, mining poverty rate and mineral processing recovery rate, which are the main technical and economic indicators to measure mining enterprises. According to relevant national documents, for mining enterprises that fail to meet the target requirements, the land and resources department will organize and supervise rectification within a time limit. For mining enterprises that fail to meet the standards after rectification, the land and resources department will not pass the annual inspection of the development and utilization of mineral resources, and will not handle mining rights. Transfer, change, renewal of registration and approval, etc.

The experts of the verification team carefully checked the annual report and development and utilization plan of Jinshan limestone mine, and inquired about the relevant technical index parameters, and unanimously determined that the "three rates" index of Daye Jianfeng Jinshan limestone mine was qualified and passed. At the same time, the verification team also hopes that Daye Peak will exploit rationally in strict accordance with the development and utilization plan, improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of resources, and set an example for other local mining enterprises.
