News 5# July 3 On the morning of the 9th, the civil engineering of the cement cooling technical transformation project of Daye Jianfeng Cement Company broke ground and entered the project implementation phase.
With the advent of the high temperature season, reducing the temperature of the grinding cement has become an urgent requirement to maintain stable cement quality and promote sales. As early as the summer of 2017 , due to the addition of dynamic powder separator and 1# cement mill output in 3 roller press, the original cement cooling measures could no longer guarantee the production needs, causing strength loss during cement storage. In order to ensure the strength of cement leaving the factory, the amount of mixed materials had to be reduced, thus increasing the production cost. cement cooling civil foundation marks that the renovation project has entered the actual implementation stage. According to the plan, it will be completed from the end of 6 to the beginning of 7 and put into full operation.
