With the deepening of reform and opening up and the restructuring of state-owned enterprises, many employees of state-owned enterprises, including me, were faced with life choices. At that time, there were many employment plans to choose from. I chose Jianfeng Group, because Jianfeng was the only listed company at the same level in Jinhua City at that time, and many young people dreamed of entering. Shortly after my resume was submitted, I successfully received the notice to go to work. At that time, I was very excited and felt that I had a platform to struggle and rely on.
Shortly after I went to work at the peak, I was assigned to the preparatory group of the Pharmaceutical Development Company to engage in the "Special New" disinfectant project transferred from Tianjin Medical Institute. In those years, due to the macro-control of national infrastructure projects and the depression of the cement industry, the group company made a strategic plan to enter the pharmaceutical industry. "Special New" was the first project of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Development Company, and its significance can be imagined. We are all very excited to be the first batch of workers in the peak medical project, and we also feel the great burden and responsibility on our shoulders.
At that time, the personnel of the project team were basically transferred from outside, including Huang Fu Xiaosheng, a government cadre from Lanxi City, Zheng Yinghua, a process engineer, Wang Yulin, an equipment engineer, Huang Chaoyun and Yang Xiaojuan, chief engineers of the original dyeing and chemical plant, and Li Chengxiang, who graduated from Peking University. These new peak people from all over the world have a common wish, hoping that through the team and their own efforts, the project will be put into effect as soon as possible and contribute to the diversified development of the peak. Some of these former colleagues have retired, some have left the peak, and the memory of them has gradually blurred over time, but the past of those who worked together is still fresh in my mind. , the colleagues of the project team worked hard according to the division of labor, day and night. Like everyone else, I do everything well. After careful study and calculation of the pilot scheme and design drawings submitted by Tianjin Medical Institute, according to the accumulation of previous work, the process flow chart with control points and the layout of equipment level and elevation are re-optimized and designed. The process equipment is arranged three-dimensionally according to the reaction steps and operation units. The plant space is reasonably utilized, and the equipment operation, maintenance and production control are more convenient and reliable.
The work during the trial production period is even more complicated. In addition to debugging the machine, we also need to organize raw and auxiliary materials, formulate process regulations, carry out staff training, prepare the trial production plan, etc. Everyone is very busy. The most worrying thing is that the project involves many flammable, explosive, toxic and hazardous chemicals such as toluene, chlorobenzene, n-hexane, ethanol, acetic acid, etc. At that time, the hydrogenation reduction and diazotization reactions in the production process have now been The national safety supervision department determines that it is a dangerous production process, and the requirements for fire and explosion prevention are particularly high. Most of our operators are transferred from cement plants and lack understanding of chemical production. Although they have conducted strict training and assessment before, they have no perceptual knowledge of hazardous chemicals, and they are often careless and random in their work. As a result, several small safety production accidents and attempted accidents occurred. In view of these situations, we have strengthened post inspection and hidden danger investigation, strengthened safety education, training and assessment, especially through strict implementation of hot work, inspection and maintenance and other work permit systems, and strengthened the inspection and assessment of "three violations" to prevent the occurrence of more accidents. Looking back on those days, it was precisely because we practiced the peak spirit of "unity and struggle, truth-seeking and innovation, determination to rise to the top, and forever climbing the peak" that we could complete the project design, equipment installation and trial production in less than half a year.
Although "Texin" was discontinued later due to market changes and improved management requirements, the pace of development of our peak pharmaceutical industry has not stopped. The product "Shu Jiaqing" of the Jiangnan Factory of Dier Pharmaceutical, a joint venture with Dier Pharmaceutical, is sold well in the north and south of the Yangtze River. The merger of Jinhua Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory and the registration of Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. have entered a healthy development track since then. With the cephalosporin powder injection preparation workshop, solid preparation workshop and Qiubin Pharmaceutical Factory of Jiangnan Factory of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. successively completed and put into operation, new products such as azithromycin, gatifloxacin, Lester, paroxetine and cefmenoxime were successively introduced, and Jinxi Factory, which is in line with international counterparts, was built in 2014 . The enterprise is growing day by day, the technology and equipment are becoming more and more advanced, and the efficiency is getting better and better. As a participant who has witnessed the development of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical from scratch, from small to large, and from weak to strong, I have witnessed the leaders and colleagues who have worked hard for this all the way, and also shared the achievements and joy brought by the development of the enterprise. I deeply realize that only when the enterprise develops can we realize our ideals; only when the employees of the enterprise work hard can the enterprise develop. The individual is a seed, the enterprise is the fertile land, the seed only buried in the fertile land, it is possible to thrive.
Past is like smoke, years are like songs. On the 33rd anniversary of peak start-up 60#, recalling these past events, I am deeply gratified that I decided to come to peak, and proud that I am a peak person! Recently, it was learned from the competent department that the "ERP/MES full-process informatization" project of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company has been included in the list of key projects of "integration of industrialization and industrialization" in Jinhua City, and has now entered the publicity period. The ERP-level subsystems of ERP/MES full-process informatization project include sales system, procurement system, MRP system, GMPQbD system, connecting UFIDA financial software and HR system. MES-level subsystems include industrial data acquisition and monitoring system, GAMP/MES system, eBPR (electronic batch production record system), cGMP quality assurance system, QC/eBTR(QC process and electronic batch inspection record system), LIMS system, etc. After the construction is completed, the visualization of drug production process and the collection and integration of industrial data will be realized. Realize the electronization of drug production process parameters, electronic batch production and inspection records; the realization of big data integration of industrial data and information will also be in line with the regulatory concept of GMP data integrity and quality traceability to the greatest extent.
