My work is trivial and complicated, seemingly unremarkable, but it is closely related to the vital interests of every employee. Product quality is a consistent management focus and an important principle of Flander's management. To do this, we must first control the procurement. Flanders is very strict in the selection of raw materials and suppliers. First of all, it depends on the qualification of suppliers, and secondly on the characteristic indicators of raw materials. After strictly selecting suppliers according to the company's internal control system, I will also set up files for them respectively, keep close contact with each other's sales and back office through various ways, and ensure reasonable inventory and timely arrival of emergency raw materials without delaying production. After signing the purchase contract, I have to follow up item by item on matters such as raw materials arriving at the factory, collection of inspection reports and verification of accounts payable. I have thousands of people and thousands of faces, and my contacts with various suppliers have trained my adaptability and communication skills.

From the plasticizer storm in the early years to the country's strict control of pharmaceutical companies, to the current increase in environmental protection requirements, every governance and adjustment has had a great impact on pharmaceutical-related companies.
