The training arrived at about 10 o'clock on that day. The host announced to take a group photo in the garden of the hotel and asked to evacuate the venue from the back row in an orderly and rapid manner. It takes about two minutes from the venue to the garden. I came to the garden and saw that the open space in the garden had been arranged, the stairs had been set up, the camera for photography was ready on the tripod, and there were several people standing next to it. It should be the hotel staff, I don't know who is the photographer.

The photographer is not tall, fat or thin. He is in his forties, with a dark face and small eyes but very energetic. It turned out that the photo shoot was over. So everyone consciously left according to the instructions and returned to the conference room in an orderly manner. I looked at the time and it took me only , 15 minutes from leaving the conference room to returning. I was surprised. I thought it was normal to take a group photo of so many people and spend half an hour!
This excellent photographer is like a director. All the steps of arrangement, prediction, and exception handling are all under his control.
