In my drawer is a super-long group photo of a hundred people, which I left when I was training in Shanghai a few years ago. Whenever I see this group photo, I think of the photographer. His actions, image, efficient, humorous and orderly management style when shooting, reflect his professional quality everywhere, which is still fresh in my memory.

The training arrived at about 10 o'clock on that day. The host announced to take a group photo in the garden of the hotel and asked to evacuate the venue from the back row in an orderly and rapid manner. It takes about two minutes from the venue to the garden. I came to the garden and saw that the open space in the garden had been arranged, the stairs had been set up, the camera for photography was ready on the tripod, and there were several people standing next to it. It should be the hotel staff, I don't know who is the photographer.

suddenly heard the whistle, also heard someone loudly say: "speed up the pace, from the left and right sides!" Everyone followed his instructions to enter from both sides in an orderly manner, apparently queuing much faster. There were also several people strolling along the road and chatting. The man blew his whistle again and reminded, "Keep up with the team and you won't be late!" After everyone stood in position, he made some adjustments according to their height, and then went to the camera to demonstrate before taking pictures. I knew he was a photographer.

The photographer is not tall, fat or thin. He is in his forties, with a dark face and small eyes but very energetic. He said: "From the second row, the body leans forward slightly and the eyelids are raised. Some friends have eyelids down and are photographed as if they are dozing off." As he spoke, he pointed his hand to his eyes, pulled down his eyelids, and made a funny doze, and everyone was amused. "With a smile on your face, it would look better if you closed your chin a little. Everyone will look at my hands later." He made a scissors fork between the index and middle fingers of both hands and lifted them to the top of his head. Everyone's eyes were attracted and laughed at the funny action. "I only took two photos. I counted 1 and 2 , and the photos were taken by 2 ." When he was ready, he raised his hands above his head. When everyone laughed, he took a few pictures with the remote control in his right hand. When we stopped smiling, he came again.

Everyone was still immersed in the joyful atmosphere just now. He said in a commanding tone: "The front row goes first, one row after another!" Only then did everyone react. It turned out that the photo shoot was over. So everyone consciously left according to the instructions and returned to the conference room in an orderly manner. I looked at the time and it took me only , 15 minutes from leaving the conference room to returning. I was surprised. I thought it was normal to take a group photo of so many people and spend half an hour!

This excellent photographer is like a director. All the steps of arrangement, prediction, and exception handling are all under his control. He has successfully completed the established goals, and the work is happy and efficient.. He is not only an experienced and excellent photographer, but also an excellent manager. (Lu Chaofang)
