In view of the current severe safety situation, according to the policy requirements of daye municipal government and relevant functional departments, the examination and approval of the resumption of work and production of non-coal mines in 2018 is extremely strictly controlled, requiring the examination and approval and signature of the departments in charge and leaders of the five departments of safety supervision, environmental protection, land, forestry and water affairs, upon completion, the safety supervision department shall summarize the approval opinions and submit them to the public security department for final approval.
