Daye Peak, and relevant personnel of comprehensive and financial departments introduced the project to the acceptance audit team, and gave a detailed explanation on the capital investment, operation efficiency and comparison before and after the production line upgrading and renovation project was put into use.
Daye Peak Production Line Upgrade Project covers high temperature fan, raw meal circulating fan, high voltage frequency conversion, grate cooler, cement mill dynamic separator, packaging machine transformation and intelligent smart card project. The project was approved for filing in 2017 5 , with a total investment of about 1000 yuan. After the completion of the relevant equipment, the output has been increased, the power consumption has been significantly reduced, and the cost reduction is more significant. With the continuous exploration and optimization of the system, there is still much room for improvement of the relevant parameters.
The acceptance audit team affirmed the preliminary design, planning, construction, follow-up benefits and on-site management of the project, and hoped that Daye Peak would continue to maintain this efficient and standardized style in future work and make further contributions to the local economy of Daye. It also said that it would speed up the approval procedures of financial incentive funds and put the incentive funds in place as soon as possible, encourage enterprises to achieve better results in saving costs, reducing consumption, improving efficiency and improving core competitiveness.
