News 4# July 15 Morning, with the closing of the bypass valve, Daye Peak Cement Company's kiln end flue gas desulfurization system was incorporated into the kiln end waste gas treatment system and put into trial operation, marking the completion of the construction of the first cement production line desulfurization project in Hubei Province.
After nearly half a year of construction, the wet flue gas desulfurization system at the tail of Daye Peak Kiln was put into trial operation after the rotary kiln production line was overhauled and resumed production. After nearly a week of trial operation, the data show that the desulfurization effect is ideal. Since the desulfurization system is still in the trial operation and commissioning stage, the final effect needs to be comprehensively evaluated after the commissioning is completed, but the final goal will be to achieve the organic unity of social and economic benefits.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the desulfurization system, 4 13 , Daye Jianfeng specially invited Zhang Liming, an engineer from Sinoma Equipment Group, to conduct on-site training on desulfurization knowledge for some employees. Engineer Zhang Liming introduced the components and process flow of the desulfurization system in detail, and interacted with the employees on the matters needing attention in the operation of the equipment, the emergency treatment in case of failure, the daily maintenance of the equipment, and the start and stop sequence of the equipment.
