Daye Peak Cement Production Line is to carry out energy-saving renovation on the preheating and pre-decomposition system in the firing system, mainly reforming the decomposition furnace, tertiary air pipe, C1 cyclone barrel, C2-C5 cyclone barrel and material spreading device, so as to improve the combustion efficiency of pulverized coal, reduce the resistance of cyclone barrel and make the logistics and combustion more reasonable, reduce system coal consumption and power consumption, after the completion of the project is expected to save 4384.41 tons of standard coal per year.
At present, Daye Peak has completed the preparation of the fund application report and submitted it to the Hubei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, which will organize experts to review the project.
