Illegal driving, including electric vehicles and bicycles, is not a rare phenomenon. To curb the frequent occurrence of these phenomena, the "tickets" of the traffic police and the guidance of civilized volunteers cannot be completely solved. The key is to improve the safety awareness of the perpetrators and perform safety behaviors that do not endanger themselves and others.
