Two days ago, I just saw a piece of news that an electric car driver in Jinhua was sentenced to full responsibility for running a red light. Last year, there were nearly 100 traffic accidents caused by pedestrians running red lights in our city. The traffic police alone dealt with 5640 cases on the spot in the special rectification. Illegal driving, including electric vehicles and bicycles, is not a rare phenomenon. To curb the frequent occurrence of these phenomena, the "tickets" of the traffic police and the guidance of civilized volunteers cannot be completely solved. The key is to improve the safety awareness of the perpetrators and perform safety behaviors that do not endanger themselves and others.
