Ten years ago, I was a high-spirited college student, a little girl who just walked out of school and let go of her dreams; in ten years, I fell in love and got married and completed the first step of starting a family; ten years later, I was the mother of a six-year-old child., Is full of longing New Jinhua.
At the beginning of the peak, we were assigned to the comprehensive preparation workshop of Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Factory (Cash West Pharmaceutical Factory) for internship, starting from product packaging. Day after day of packaging products, let us have a great psychological gap, how can life be like this? After a period of time, our mentality is more and more impetuous, began to talk, work is also a little slack. One day three months later, the workshop director announced the staff's production performance. We all ranked last in terms of finished product packaging, but the rework rate was "among the best". Even, the three of us can't add up to a packer! This is what a loud slap in the face, every day I think college students are quite amazing, even a product packaging is not good! After that period of tempering, the edges and corners of my pride were gradually smoothed out, making me understand that it is true to be down-to-earth.
2012 was a turning point in my life. This year, I got married and was admitted as a licensed pharmacist. My work was also transferred from the central laboratory to the product research and development department. At this time, the research and development department is working on the production and approval of new products. I have the honor to work with the professors of Sichuan Anti Institute. According to the requirements for writing application materials in the format of CTD newly introduced by the state, we need to add too much data and maps. The whole development department has started the working mode of "white plus black" and "52 ". The chief consultant expert Liu Jiajian, who is nearly 70 years old, also works overtime with us every day. Looking at the white-haired old man busy, tired on the chair for a while, how young we not bashful lazy? After constant revision and improvement, the production approval materials were finally completed on schedule. This experience has made me see the tenacious and persistent spirit of the older generation of scientists in dealing with work and scientific research, and also understand how I should go in the future.
As the peak entered the big health field, I adjusted my position again and transferred to the peak biotechnology co., ltd. (now the peak health technology co., ltd.). In 2015 , we undertook a national conference-the 9th Forum on Innovation and Development of Chinese Herbal Pieces and the Symposium on International Business Standards of Chinese Herbal Pieces. This is also the highest-level seminar ever undertaken by Jianfeng Group. Ren Dequan, former deputy director of the State Food and Drug Administration, and more than 46,100 well-known experts and entrepreneurs in the field of Chinese herbal pieces attended. From the preliminary preparation to the on-site service of the conference and the later visit, our conference team has been nervous and busy. Up to now, my mobile phone still keeps the photos of everyone working overtime until 3 am. Under the guidance of the leadership and the assistance of colleagues, all the agenda of the meeting was successfully completed, and the overall settlement cost was slightly surplus. This "first time" made me gain a lot and grow a lot.
2017 , I was transferred back to Jianfeng Pharmaceutical to be responsible for the market development of national chain pharmacies. The new position, the new work mode, is bound to face all kinds of hardships, to pay a lot of effort and sweat, but I regard this as a challenge to myself. Back to the origin, starting from the heart !
In the past ten years, I have passed the golden age of my life at the peak, and have made a qualitative leap in my thinking and heart. Looking back on the past, I would like to thank the peak for providing me with the soil for survival and the peak for giving me the environment for growth and exercise.
