major pharmacy invited more than 160 middle-aged and elderly customers and members with chronic diseases to attend the lecture, hoping that the majority of middle-aged and elderly people can accept the professional concept of health preservation through the platform of peak pharmacy.
This lecture was delivered by Chen Mingfang, a national senior nutritionist, chronic disease management and traditional Chinese medicine health expert. Through easy-to-understand language, it deeply and simply introduced the nine physical characteristics of peaceful quality, qi deficiency quality, yang deficiency quality, yin deficiency quality, special intrinsic quality, qi stagnation quality, blood stasis quality, phlegm dampness quality and damp heat quality, and how to carry out traditional Chinese medicine recuperation according to one's own physical quality.
During the lecture, the pharmacy also arranged for the store's chronic disease specialist to provide free blood sugar and blood pressure measurement services at the entrance of the venue (right).
