News 3# July 22 , daye peak cement company successfully completed the anti-corrosion reinforcement project of kiln end chimney.
Daye Peak has been put into production for ten years. With the loss caused by production and the denitration project put into use, the kiln tail chimney of Daye Peak has gradually corroded. In order to ensure the safe use of the kiln tail chimney, Daye Peak decided to carry out anti-corrosion reinforcement on the chimney. The project is implemented in two steps. First, the outer wall of the chimney is three-dimensionally reinforced with more than 200 channel steels divided into 12 roads, connected with waist rings every 3 meters, and painted with a layer of silvery white antirust paint. This part of the work was completed at the end of 12 in 2017 . The second step is to use 2018 Spring Festival overhaul to remove rust and corrosion treatment on the inner wall of the chimney, shovel to remove the rust layer and polish it, and then apply anti-corrosion and rust materials to protect it. The entire project was successfully completed to ensure the safe use of the kiln tail chimney. (Shi Zhangliang)
