For a long time, the frequent breakage of the cloth bag of the boiling drying bed has been a problem for the solid preparation particle team. This not only requires frequent replacement and repair of cloth bags, but also causes material loss and affects production. After checking this, the relevant personnel in the workshop found that the steel cable hanging the cloth bag would produce burrs due to wear and tear, which would pierce the cloth bag when shaking the bag. In response to this situation, the solid preparation workshop decided to replace the steel cable with a wear-resistant and waterproof climbing rope to extend the service life of the bag and reduce material loss, thereby increasing production.
