is something every college student must go through before graduation, and so am I. Before I came to Jianfeng Health Technology Company for internship, I checked the information of Jianfeng from the Internet, and only then did I know that this is an enterprise involving many industries and with extensive influence. This made me very excited and uneasy, and worried that I could not do a good job. After all, what I learned in the school was some concepts, and the practical training was based on the textbooks, which would definitely be different from the actual work of the enterprise; there is also the problem of getting along with colleagues... In short, I think a lot. Because of this, I made preparations early and even took a taxi to find my way in advance for fear of being late on the first day. Who knows the company has a shuttle bus, this welfare is really good!
The first time I came to the company, I saw that my colleagues were very easy-going, which made me full of confidence. I made up my mind to get along well with my colleagues, learn more accounting knowledge and the truth of life, and lay the foundation for future accounting work.
In the first week of my internship, I didn't feel as difficult as I expected, because Zhou Jie just asked me to look through the previous bookkeeping vouchers and paste and arrange the bills to bind them into a book. Because it is not the same as the method in the school training class, I have done simple work for a long time. Zhou Jie also taught me how to bind the vouchers neatly and beautifully, which are all things that have not been touched in the school. Even so, I am a little annoyed and feel that it is useless to do these things. Later, I checked the entry "accounting internship to see vouchers" on the Internet, only to understand Zhou Jie's intention-to see vouchers is the basis of accounting learning, the real economic significance is in the attachment, even how to paste, how to correspond to entries are knowledge. I know I still have a lot to learn. Zhou Jie told me that if there are problems, first see how others can solve them. Don't just rely on others. This sentence I bear in mind.
The task of the second week is to read the previous account books and print the bound account books. This is my first time to use the page numbering machine. My colleague Xiaoya taught me how to use it and how to add ink. I will soon be handy. This week, I probably know the responsibilities of my colleagues. When I encounter problems, I can find someone to consult accurately.
In the third week, Zhou Jie said that I could learn the knowledge of invoicing. I watched Xiaoya do it again first and understood the points that need to be paid attention to in invoicing, such as tax number, commodity details, no ambiguity, no omission of remarks column, no wrong tax rate selection, etc. For each invoice issued, I have to carefully check these points before printing, then confirm the printing, then standardize the stamping and submit it for review. Therefore, the efficiency is not as good as Xiaoyagao, but I believe practice makes perfect. This week, I also helped to revise a document and changed it three times. I felt that my office software was not operating well. I was dizzy when I revised it for the third time. I suddenly got stuck and didn't know what I was doing. I didn't finish it until I got off work. in exchange, Zhou Jie said, "Xiao Hu, you are good." A short sentence made me very happy and in a super good mood after work.
During my internship, I longed for a new day and cherished the harvest every day. I know that internship is a stage of gradual understanding, familiarity and learning, and a repeated process of "practice - learning - practice. Although it has been less than a month, I have learned a lot and really feel that theory and practice are really different. These progress, let me very happy also has a sense of accomplishment. I thank my colleagues for their help. In the next few days, I will make persistent efforts to accumulate experience and knowledge wealth for the formal work position in the future.
