According to the company's "Employee Qualification Management Measures", all employees of the company's non-administrative position series can participate in the review, subject to the officially announced qualification standard positions. The qualification assessment carried out this time is divided into three categories: management, technology and mechanic operation. Among them, the management and technical categories are divided into five grades, each grade 2~4 grades; the mechanic operation category is divided into four grades, each grade 2~4 grades.
