After half a month, the left hand movement was limited and the left chest was tender.

As a person who has been engaged in safety management for many years, I think I am more cautious in personal safety precautions, but in the face of this sudden accident, I still have no mental preparation at all. I never thought that I would fall in such a place. As a result, I suffered and even affected my family. In fact, if this accident is regarded as an accident, there are still many places worthy of attention and reference. First of all, the occurrence of the accident is a precursor. The sole plate worn on that day is relatively hard. I have had many slippery experiences in freezing rain and snow before. I just walked carefully in advance and never fell. Therefore, I did not think too much about the anti-skid problem of shoes. Secondly, the left side of the accident site is a step, which is a normal passage, and the right side is a slope, which should be a passage for the disabled. I should have taken the step, but I took the slope for convenience. This is actually an unsafe behavior. In terms of the unsafe state of the object, it rained all the time in the morning. Although it cleared up at noon, the ground was still wet. In addition, the slate floor with smooth slope did not have anti-skid grooves (after on-the-spot inspection, other steep slopes in the park had anti-skid grooves), and the slope was steep, which was a potential safety hazard in itself. The basic elements of the accident were already in place. In addition, the accident happened.

From this, I think that in our daily work and life, we should abide by the norms and act according to the rules anytime and anywhere. To turn a blind eye to habitual violations (unsafe behaviors) is to be irresponsible to ourselves and our families, and we will have to pay a price one day. Just like the place where the accident happened, I had to go through it twice a day, and just to take one step less, I didn't take the steps every time, and now I finally suffered. For this reason, I also specially observed and found that many people like to walk on slopes when passing here, which shows that coveting convenience is due to people's inertia. Secondly, the management department should deal with the hidden dangers found in a timely and thorough manner, even the smallest hidden dangers should not be ignored. For example, the park management department has known about the hidden dangers of the slope for a long time. During the rain and snow at the end of last year, they took temporary protective measures and laid carpets there. However, after the ice and snow melted, the carpets were removed immediately, failing to completely eliminate the hidden dangers. It may be considered that they were only the height of the three steps.
