News from our newspaper Recently, the DCS cabinet in the desulfurization technical renovation project of Daye Jianfeng Cement Company was renovated. During the debugging of
desulfurization technical renovation project, Daye Peak found that the control system had design defects. The signal voltage of DI entering DCS cabinet for all equipment was DC24V . However, the signal entering DCS cabinet was weak due to voltage drop caused by long line length. At the same time, it crosses the AC 220V line. In operation, if you are not careful, the AC voltage may be connected to the DC 24V , thus causing the module to burn down and affecting production.
In order to prevent such accidents, Daye Peak decided to carry out technical transformation on DCS cabinet to isolate all DI signals entering DCS cabinet. Each DI signal is newly installed with an AC 220V relay for DC 24V conversion. The modified DI signal is strong and safe, which ensures the safe operation of the equipment after it is put into production. (Shi Zhangliang)
