The operating performance of pharmaceutical companies this year has declined compared with the same period in previous years. First of all, we must build up confidence. It is most important to be able to hold on to difficulties and setbacks and not to lose heart or give up.

The second is to do a good job in stabilizing people's hearts and playing a role, two relatively important "urgent matters". When there are difficulties in enterprises, there will often be a phenomenon of people's hearts floating. At this time, we party members and comrades are required to give full play to the exemplary role of taking the lead in stabilizing the hearts of the people, taking the lead in practical work, not afraid of difficulties, and teaching by words and deeds.

Difficulties are not terrible. The terrible thing is to lose confidence and not even leave yourself the opportunity to "turn over the book. As long as everyone believes in their own abilities, actively contributes to the company's business development, and works hard and skillfully, I believe that victory will eventually belong to us.
