Under the careful care and guidance of leaders and colleagues, I not only have a general understanding of the positions and processes of the comprehensive preparation workshop, but also have a deeper understanding of the peak.

When I first arrived in the factory, I was a little depressed about being assigned to work in the workshop. I especially didn't understand why a person with a college diploma wanted to work in the workshop. According to my thoughts at the time, college students should work in a quiet and elegant office. At that time, I even had the idea of resigning. However, after working in the workshop for a week, I found out how ridiculous my idea was-if the theoretical knowledge learned in the university was not applied to the actual production process, it was completely no different from that on paper. Besides, the actual production in the workshop will face many situations, and it is not possible to follow the script with a production process description. With these understandings, my previous unhappiness disappeared and I devoted myself to the work of the workshop.

Fortunately, the old employees are very friendly to me as a newcomer and enthusiastically answer my questions when they encounter problems at work. On several occasions, due to my lack of understanding of machines and crafts, the masters explained it to me once or twice, but they still couldn't understand it. They patiently explained it to me in more detail until I understood it. It is my luck to work with such predecessors as soon as I entered the society. They are also a valuable asset of the peak. It is countless peak employees like them that have created the powerful peak now.

For more than half a year, I have mainly worked in three positions of granulation, tabletting and aluminum-plastic. I have also been to several positions of dropping pills. Among them, I have stayed in the position of granulation for the longest time and have the deepest understanding of the process of this position. I am familiar with the raw materials and auxiliary materials of various drugs, that is, the main drugs, fillers, diluents, disintegrants, lubricants and adhesives of various drugs, as well as their role in the granulation process, have a detailed understanding. The tabletting post shall press the prepared qualified granules into tablets according to the process requirements, and shall always pay attention to adjusting the pressure of the machine and the filling and punching distance of the two punts, so as to solve the problems of lobes, loose pieces, sticking and punching that may occur in time. Aluminum plastic is to pack the pressed tablets with aluminum plastic plate.

After more than half a year's workshop work, I deeply realize that theoretical study is the basis of business practice, and good professional quality is the basis of doing a good job. For college students who have just entered the society, it is very important to master solid professional knowledge. In the repeated work, they should not only maintain the quality and efficiency of the work, but also have the spirit of innovation. I firmly believe that with continuous hard work, I will definitely become an excellent peak employee and truly integrate into the peak group.

Peak Pharmaceutical Becomes National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise

Just one year after it was identified as a national intellectual property advantage enterprise in 2016, "Zhejiang Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." appeared in the list of national intellectual property demonstration enterprises in 2017 recently announced by the State Intellectual Property Office. Peak natural products pollution control results by the industry attention

In recent years, environmental protection and ecology have become hot words for the development of enterprises and society. Due to the particularity of the plant extraction industry, pollution control in this industry has different characteristics and requirements from ordinary production enterprises. For example, sewage presents higher chroma, extremely low PH value, more suspended solids, high salinity, high concentration of COD, and different sewage water quality of different products. For example, in the sewage treatment upgrading project implemented in 2016, ozone oxidation and biochemical methods were adopted to remove the remaining organic pollutants, increasing the sewage treatment capacity from 200 cubic meters per day to 500 cubic meters. The latest anaerobic sewage treatment technology is adopted, the COD emission value of the outlet is reduced to 60 mg per liter, which is far lower than the national first-class emission standard of 100 mg per liter. The new system adopts advanced oxidation reaction tower, ozonation method, field energy reactor and sludge adsorption reflux technology, which can quickly and efficiently treat organic pollutants with strong chemical stability without adding any chemicals.
