However, after working in the workshop for a week, I found out how ridiculous my idea was-if the theoretical knowledge learned in the university was not applied to the actual production process, it was completely no different from that on paper. Besides, the actual production in the workshop will face many situations, and it is not possible to follow the script with a production process description. With these understandings, my previous unhappiness disappeared and I devoted myself to the work of the workshop.
Fortunately, the old employees are very friendly to me as a newcomer and enthusiastically answer my questions when they encounter problems at work. On several occasions, due to my lack of understanding of machines and crafts, the masters explained it to me once or twice, but they still couldn't understand it. They patiently explained it to me in more detail until I understood it. It is my luck to work with such predecessors as soon as I entered the society. They are also a valuable asset of the peak. It is countless peak employees like them that have created the powerful peak now.
For more than half a year, I have mainly worked in three positions of granulation, tabletting and aluminum-plastic. I have also been to several positions of dropping pills. Among them, I have stayed in the position of granulation for the longest time and have the deepest understanding of the process of this position. I am familiar with the raw materials and auxiliary materials of various drugs, that is, the main drugs, fillers, diluents, disintegrants, lubricants and adhesives of various drugs, as well as their role in the granulation process, have a detailed understanding. The tabletting post shall press the prepared qualified granules into tablets according to the process requirements, and shall always pay attention to adjusting the pressure of the machine and the filling and punching distance of the two punts, so as to solve the problems of lobes, loose pieces, sticking and punching that may occur in time. Aluminum plastic is to pack the pressed tablets with aluminum plastic plate.
After more than half a year's workshop work, I deeply realize that theoretical study is the basis of business practice, and good professional quality is the basis of doing a good job. For college students who have just entered the society, it is very important to master solid professional knowledge. In the repeated work, they should not only maintain the quality and efficiency of the work, but also have the spirit of innovation.
