Dredging and Blocking Machine Solves the Problem of Material Accumulation in the Lower Silo

During the Spring Festival overhaul, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company introduced a dredging and blocking machine and installed it in the lower part of the clay silo to solve the problem of material accumulation in the lower silo.

The clay used in Yunnan peak production has high moisture and strong viscosity, which will accumulate materials in the clay bin. Frequent accumulation of materials will cause material breakage, which will affect the quality of raw material ingredients. In severe cases, raw material mill treatment should be stopped, which will directly affect normal production and raw material power consumption. In view of this situation, Yunnan Jianfeng took advantage of the opportunity of Spring Festival overhaul to install a dredging machine at the lower part of the clay silo. Using the hydraulic principle,

6 hydraulic cylinders were installed along the silo wall to connect with the rake teeth. The working time of the hydraulic system was adjusted according to the material condition. The rake teeth moved up and down to loosen the material and prevent the material from being unloaded gradually. After a period of exploration and adjustment, the problem of material accumulation in the lower silo was basically solved, the labor intensity of employees was reduced, and the guarantee for stable production was provided.
