In addition to indicating the repair content, requirements and safety responsible person for each repair equipment, two columns of "hazard source identification" and "preventive measures" are added, and the apparent hazard sources and hidden hazard sources existing in each repair equipment are indicated one by one, and targeted preventive measures are put forward to effectively ensure the safety of the maintenance process.
