This overhaul covers limestone crushing, raw material roller press, kiln system, waste heat power generation, cement mill and other systems, and at the same time, the transformation of preheater shall be completed. The workload is heavy, the work requirements are high, the repair team is large, and the repair time is long. Therefore, the repair list compiled by Daye Peak this time strengthens the control of safety. In addition to indicating the repair content, requirements and safety responsible person for each repair equipment, two columns of "hazard source identification" and "preventive measures" are added, and the apparent hazard sources and hidden hazard sources existing in each repair equipment are indicated one by one, and targeted preventive measures are put forward to effectively ensure the safety of the maintenance process. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. The ranking is based on the total production capacity (excluding the production capacity of other kiln types and grinding stations) of new dry clinker production lines completed and put into operation by Chinese cement enterprises in China as of December 31, 2022.
