There are four categories of risk factors in the production process, namely, human factors, no factors, environmental factors and management factors. We usually think that this pipe is not dangerous. cm high pipe is placed horizontally on the pedestrian passage. In case someone does not pay attention to it when passing, stumbles and falls down and is injured, an accident will occur. The two metal ball valves have no fixing measures. Some staff members work beside the water tank and touch the pipe with height difference. The pipe falls off, two ball valves also fall at the same time, hitting employees, and accidents will occur. It is also possible that a pedestrian stumbled on the pipe and drove the pipe at the inlet of the water supplement tank. The pipe with height difference fell, causing the ball valve to fall. The person who stumbled on the pipe may be injured, the person beside the water supplement tank may be injured by the valve, and two safety accidents occurred at the same time. In the above example, the explanation of safety knowledge is that the safety awareness of the temporary pipeline placement personnel and the safety management personnel in the workshop is weak, and they do not know that the pedestrian passage in the production and operation site must be unobstructed and cannot exist in an unstable state. So, how do we eliminate the above security risks? We can install a fixed water supply pipeline from a height or buried in the ground, and the valve disappears at the scene, so the pedestrian passage is unobstructed, and the unstable state of the object (valve) does not exist, and the hidden danger will not be eliminated.
Through the study of "Certified Safety Engineer Qualification Examination Guidance Textbook", we know that all safety accidents can be prevented and avoided. Every accident has its cause.
