The pipe falls off, two ball valves also fall at the same time, hitting employees, and accidents will occur. It is also possible that a pedestrian stumbled on the pipe and drove the pipe at the inlet of the water supplement tank. The pipe with height difference fell, causing the ball valve to fall. The person who stumbled on the pipe may be injured, the person beside the water supplement tank may be injured by the valve, and two safety accidents occurred at the same time. In the above example, the explanation of safety knowledge is that the safety awareness of the temporary pipeline placement personnel and the safety management personnel in the workshop is weak, and they do not know that the pedestrian passage in the production and operation site must be unobstructed and cannot exist in an unstable state.
