Q: Why should we launch the "Year of Safety Education"?

These situations require us to further strengthen the safety education of the whole staff.

Question: How to make the "Year of Safety Education" really effective?

Answer:

The activity notice issued by the company is only a programmatic requirement, and the specific work needs to be completed by each enterprise. Therefore, all enterprises should formulate specific activity implementation plans according to the characteristics of the industry and the actual situation of the enterprise, improve the safety production education and management mechanism, and truly achieve full participation and comprehensive and systematic education. As for the way of activities, there can be a variety of activities, such as pre-shift and post-shift meetings, watching promotional films, carrying out relevant interesting activities, etc. Employees should be easy to remember, understand and willing to participate, so as to avoid stiff theoretical indoctrination. At the same time, training and assessment should be combined to test educational results in actual work.

In addition, the "Safety Education Year" should be organically combined with the "Creating a Safe and Accident-Free Factory" activity to clarify the work direction, consciously, purposefully, and pertinently improve the safety production quality of employees, and promote the company's safety production The improvement of management level.

Question: What measures will the group company take to ensure that the activities are really carried out effectively?

Answer:

From the group level, we will compile the learning materials of safety production knowledge and the safety compilation of safety accidents over the years as education and training materials; we will organize a safety production knowledge contest with the trade union; we will organize two special trainings during the year. For the activities of each enterprise, the company will combine daily safety inspections to supervise, inspect and assess the implementation of the activity plan, hold regular special meetings, exchange the development of the activities, summarize the existing problems, and ensure that the "Safety Education Year" The activity does not go through the scene or become a mere formality.
