chain conveyor is a commonly used equipment in cement production enterprises. During operation, due to the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the chain plate material, the running tension of the chain plate is inconsistent. When the temperature is high, the chain plate becomes longer, which is easy to cause rollover. When the chain plate is too tight, the wear of rolling sleeve, middle sleeve and axle pin will be aggravated. This transformation has changed the inconsistent tension of the chain plate, avoided the phenomenon of sudden elongation of the chain plate leading to rollover, and also reduced the wear and tear. It is expected that the service life can be extended 1/3 and the reliability of equipment operation can be improved. Yunnan Jianfeng will also carry out planned transformation of 15 chain transport machines in the whole plant according to the operation situation after the transformation. (Lou Xuxin)
