1. language, communication tool. Language is not the most important thing for international trade, but it is necessary. It is the basis and cannot be done by writing a few emails. This tool needs to be used fluently in negotiation and daily communication like Chinese.
2. familiarity with the company's products. This is the most important. I can proudly say that I have a certain understanding of the products of Peak Company from raw materials, production to finished products, and export, and can fully show our advantages to customers. For the study of peer products, we can further show our advantages and differences to customers. This learning needs to be detailed enough to communicate with any department of the customer, procurement, research and development, quality or their sales department.
3. service, correctly understand customer needs, and actively track. I have always asked myself and my colleagues in the department to reply to the mail on the same day. It is best to solve the problem. If we can't solve the problem, we should also tell the customers our plan and let them know that we are taking the time to actively deal with the problem. It is necessary to visit customers frequently and keep in touch with each other in order to understand the needs of customers in real time, so that a single customer can be squeezed out, which also reflects the positive service to customers to some extent.
4. should consider WIN-WIN business (win-win) and think from the perspective of customers. This requires a long time to study customer needs and customer vision to achieve, can do business with customers, but also can let customers express great gratitude to you, then the longevity of customers will be easier to maintain.
5. keep learning. As the saying goes, it is never too late to learn. This is a society with rapid information progress. The application of all kinds of Internet big data makes you feel that if you don't study for a period of time, you will not be able to keep up with the situation, the progress of the current extract, the development of competitors, the changes of laws and regulations, and the effective and latest information from the outside can not be transmitted to the company for reference.
6. stick to your goals and don't give up. people are inert. Setting a long-term goal will give people a sense of frustration and loss of confidence, so they can constantly set short-term goals. Over the years, my experience is to set goals, have a happy attitude, form the habit of continuous learning, form the habit of daily, weekly and monthly summary, stick to a little every day and never give up. For example, some projects in our international department need several years to be negotiated, so we need to stick to and follow up all the time before we can get the final results.
7. flexible. needs to master more knowledge, communicate with the customer's market, and correctly understand the customer's intention. A is not accessible, B is not accessible, and all roads lead to Rome.
