2. familiarity with the company's products. This is the most important. This learning needs to be detailed enough to communicate with any department of the customer, procurement, research and development, quality or their sales department.

4. should consider WIN-WIN business (win-win) and think from the perspective of customers. This requires a long time to study customer needs and customer vision to achieve, can do business with customers, but also can let customers express great gratitude to you, then the longevity of customers will be easier to maintain.
5. keep learning. As the saying goes, it is never too late to learn. This is a society with rapid information progress.
