Time flies. In a twinkling of an eye, I have been in Peak for almost 10 years. During this period, I gradually grew up through various training and learning organized by the company, and my continuous experience in various positions. Every post I have experienced has brought me essential experience and harvest in the process of growing up.
The first unit of work at the peak was the Jiangnan plant. When I first entered the factory area, I was stunned by the sight in front of me-the first thing I saw was the delightful rockery, pavilion and artificial lake. The weeping willows by the lake caressed the water surface with the wind. The fish swam happily, sometimes circled, sometimes lined up, sometimes mischievously spitting bubbles. The birds in the trees were singing briskly, and occasionally I could see the imagination of the pine rats in the branches, it is full of sewage and smells sour, but this is a beautiful park.
In 2010 , the powder injection workshop of Jiangnan Factory experienced the upgrading of cefmenoxime production line and the certification of GMP . I was lucky enough to participate in both. During the renovation period, we cleaned up the renovation site every day. Although everyone's work clothes were covered with dust and their faces were like flower cats when they came out of the workshop every day, everyone was happy. The transformation was completed, and after a period of equipment installation and commissioning, the next step was GMP certification. On the day of the certification site audit, the employees participating in the production were all carefully selected and skilled old employees in the workshop. I didn't expect that one of my most junior new employees was also named by the leader. When I know the news, both nervous and happy. When we saw all the equipment and machines start smoothly, and watched the cefmenoxime glass bottles packed according to the specified number of grams being transported orderly along the production line, our mood couldn't help but get excited. Especially after the news of the successful passing of the on-site certification came, some of everyone high-fived each other and some hummed a ditty, because the hard work in the early preparation of the certification was worth it!
2014 6 , because of my yearning for the health care industry, I came to Jianfeng Health Technology Company. Entering a brand-new industry and a brand-new enterprise, it is inevitable for me to encounter some difficulties. Fortunately, the company has special product information, coupled with training and learning, so that I fully understand the characteristics of peak health care products. 2015 1# At the end of February, Peak Health was preparing to open a chain store. Yu Hongjian, then general manager, asked me, "Dai Xiaoping, I heard that you have done sales before. How about transferring you to the health care center?" I am a little unsure, because what I have done before is the sales of clothing products. Are those experiences useful for selling health products? "I'm not familiar with health care products yet. Can there be an adaptation period?" "Yes, I'll give you two months." In this way, I transferred to the Jianfeng Health Center in Shuanglong South Street, and transferred to the newly opened Wuyi Road flagship store in 5 of the same year. The Health Museum is the image window of Jianfeng Health for Jinhua citizens. Our work has also received strong support from company leaders and colleagues. We often go out of the store and go to factories, enterprises and institutions, and street organizations to carry out free lectures on health knowledge and product promotion. The sales laid the foundation. 2016 5 August, I have been in peak health for two years, and I changed my position again to take over the terminal sales business of health care products. 2017 , with the support and help of the company, I successfully completed the annual sales target.
Looking back on the peak year of 10 , there were joys and sorrows and confusion. Although the current development of our peak health is not very ideal, I firmly believe that under the guidance of the enterprise spirit of "unity and struggle, truth-seeking and innovation, determination to rise to the top and climb the peak bravely", the future performance of peak health will be better and better. We will work with other brother units to "create a peak for a hundred years"!

The company's vocational skill level self-identification training began.
After preparing the handout materials and question bank for the previous stage of vocational skill grade identification training, daye peak cement company conducted the vocational skill grade identification training for the machine repair team of the manufacturing department on August 10. On August 12 and 18, the pharmaceutical company also organized two phases of vocational skill level identification training for pharmaceutical preparation workers. According to the national skill level standard, the group company is divided into four grades: grade 5/junior worker, grade 4/intermediate worker, grade 3/senior worker and grade 2/technician. According to the analysis of employee registration, since there is only one type of job for pharmaceutical preparation workers, and cement production workers include cement central controller, cement quality inspector, cement clinker calciner, cement manufacturer, cement production inspection worker and other types of jobs, the number of applicants is less than that of cement production workers. Most of the employees who signed up were identified as participating in the four levels of vocational skills. According to preliminary statistics, there are now 155 employees who have signed up for their professional skill level, including 47 pharmaceutical preparation workers and 108 cement production workers. The human resources department of the group company is stepping up efforts to organize personnel to examine the qualifications of the employees whose registration grades are identified, and then enter the Zhejiang professional ability integration platform for formal registration after passing the examination. According to the national vocational skill standards and other content, each unit carries out targeted training for employees who participate in the independent identification of vocational skill levels. The training is conducted through on-site teaching, online teaching, and learning platform question bank exercises. After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards. Basic requirements. The examination and assessment for independent determination of vocational skill level is tentatively scheduled for mid-September.
