News from our newspaper 2# September 12 , Daye Peak Cement Company Finished Product 2# Deployment Belt Successfully Reformed and Put into Use.
Daye Peak has a total of 2 finished blending belts, which feed 1# and 2# roller presses respectively. After the technical transformation of 3# roller press was successfully put into production, 1# blending belt was specially used by 3 roller press, while 2# blending belt was used to feed 1 and 2 roller press respectively. Therefore, a separate material weighing belt was added. During use, it was found that the failure rate of the separate material weighing belt was high and the maintenance was inconvenient. In response to this situation, Daye Peak modified the 2# blending belt, removed the material distribution scale, raised the head platform of the blending belt, increased the height of the belt discharge port and the elevator inlet of 1 and 2 roller presses, and added a material distribution valve to feed 1 and 2 elevators respectively.
