The detection and identification methods of cranberry raw materials and their extracts have been developed and established, and the central control of mulberry extraction has been increased, which makes full technical preparation for the industrialization research of anthocyanin series products.
In terms of management, our department implements the product manager responsibility system to comprehensively cultivate and train the research, collaboration and crisis management capabilities of R & D personnel.
