2017 , we developed a project to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the problems in the production process of ginseng, apple, grape seed and other products. Through comparative experiments, we grasped the key factors affecting product quality, and fine-tuned the process parameters periodically through small-scale, pilot-scale and trial production, so as to significantly improve the mass production quality of the above products; mulberry, European bilberry and cranberry and other products have completed the trial production and expansion, and have made breakthroughs in the control of important indicators such as pesticide residues and plasticizers. The detection and identification methods of cranberry raw materials and their extracts have been developed and established, and the central control of mulberry extraction has been increased, which makes full technical preparation for the industrialization research of anthocyanin series products.
In terms of management, our department implements the product manager responsibility system to comprehensively cultivate and train the research, collaboration and crisis management capabilities of R & D personnel. New and old employees learn from each other and grow together, and have made certain progress and achievements in their own fields. Scientific researchers give full play to their professional and technical advantages, track, coordinate and guide, improve all production links of the company's products on sale, solve urgent problems in each production link in a timely manner, and ensure the normal operation of the production system from the technical level.
We earnestly do a good job of technical support, assist the salesman and QA personnel to answer customer questions, meet customer demands and maintain good customer relations. According to relevant requirements, agricultural science and technology enterprises in Zhejiang Province must take agricultural products as their main business, and have sound production and operation places, facilities and management systems. Scientific and technological personnel account for more than 15% of the total number of employees of the enterprise, and the annual sales income of the enterprise is more than 5 million yuan (of which the sales income of agricultural science and technology products and technical income account for more than 50% of the total income of the enterprise), presided over the county (city, district) or above science and technology projects, environmental protection to meet the national standards. Since its establishment, Jianfeng Health has attached great importance to the construction of innovation platform and the training of scientific and technological personnel. As of the end of 2016, scientific and technological personnel accounted for 17% of the total number of employees in the enterprise, and 76% of the technical personnel had bachelor's degree or above; the sales revenue of scientific and technological products accounted for about 90%; R & D expenses accounted for 8.9 of the total sales revenue; and undertook 3 scientific and technological projects above counties (cities, districts). After obtaining the honorary title of Jinhua agricultural science and technology enterprise in 2016, peak health applied for the recognition of the provincial agricultural science and technology enterprise. On the basis of the recommendation of the science and technology department of Wucheng District, through the evaluation links such as formal examination, on-the-spot investigation and expert evaluation and defense, Jianfeng Health will finally be awarded the accreditation.
