2017 , we developed a project to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the problems in the production process of ginseng, apple, grape seed and other products. Through comparative experiments, we grasped the key factors affecting product quality, and fine-tuned the process parameters periodically through small-scale, pilot-scale and trial production, so as to significantly improve the mass production quality of the above products; mulberry, European bilberry and cranberry and other products have completed the trial production and expansion, and have made breakthroughs in the control of important indicators such as pesticide residues and plasticizers. The detection and identification methods of cranberry raw materials and their extracts have been developed and established, and the central control of mulberry extraction has been increased, which makes full technical preparation for the industrialization research of anthocyanin series products.

In terms of management, our department implements the product manager responsibility system to comprehensively cultivate and train the research, collaboration and crisis management capabilities of R & D personnel. New and old employees learn from each other and grow together, and have made certain progress and achievements in their own fields. Scientific researchers give full play to their professional and technical advantages, track, coordinate and guide, improve all production links of the company's products on sale, solve urgent problems in each production link in a timely manner, and ensure the normal operation of the production system from the technical level.

We earnestly do a good job of technical support, assist the salesman and QA personnel to answer customer questions, meet customer demands and maintain good customer relations. Assist the production department in scheduling each product to ensure the smooth completion of each product sales order; Accompany the purchasing personnel to visit the suppliers of raw materials and extracts to understand the current situation of technology and equipment development in the industry, learn from each other's strong points and promote the enterprise's own technological innovation. In March, the authoritative organization of the cement industry successively released two series of lists of China's top 500 building materials enterprises in 2022 and China's top 100 cement clinker production capacity in 2022. Jianfeng Group ranked among the "top 100" in the two lists ". The list of China's top 500 building materials enterprises was officially released in early March. This series of lists was selected by the China Building Materials Enterprise Management Association. Through more than 20 years of comprehensive data research on China's building materials industry, referring to international practices, the rankings are based on the company's annual operating income., Cement products, building ceramics, waterproof materials, aluminum-plastic profiles, coatings, glass, building materials equipment manufacturing and other sub-industries related to building materials.
