In 2008 , I transferred from Fuyang to Daye Peak to work, witnessing the continuous development and growth of the Group Company over the years. Cement and medicine are driven by two wheels, great health, logistics trade, natural products, cables and other development momentum is good. 2017 was an extraordinary year for me and my team. Facing the complicated market environment and under the heavy sales task, we united and worked hard and achieved certain results. The cement sales completed throughout the year reached a record high.

The cement industry is a fully competitive industry, and the homogenization competition is quite serious. In addition to the competition of major brands in the province, the production capacity of surrounding provinces and cities also enters the eastern Hubei market through the convenient transportation advantages of land and the Yangtze River, which makes the market overlap and the competition among major brands is quite fierce. In the first half of the year, due to the obvious contraction in demand and the inconsistent implementation of peak-shifting production in various enterprises, we resolutely implemented the competition strategy of full production and full sales and pricing by volume in the off-season, 9000 tons /-day sales task reversal plan, divided the responsibility to people, actively ran, vigorously tapped the marketing potential, formulated incentive measures, and continuously developed and expanded new markets and new customers; Strengthen the management and supervision of agents, put an end to the phenomenon of not working hard, scientifically and rationally formulate a profit sharing system, so that more end customers can directly feel the excellent cost performance of peak cement; intensify efforts to tap the sales volume in high-priced areas, subdivide the market to each township, and work hard. Do not give up every ton of market demand; at the same time increase the participation in bidding for key projects and the undertaking of small and medium-sized projects in high-priced areas, and formulate flexible pricing mechanisms and incentive policies. The strict implementation of the above marketing strategy, so that our sales volume is not weak in the off-season, reserve customers are also increasing. 9 July began to be affected by the effective implementation of peak production and environmental supervision, some enterprises in the province shipped to the downstream capacity increased, but also to the eastern Hubei region to make room for the market, the relationship between supply and demand changed, prices began to stop falling back. After 10 , with the increasing demand, the supply of cement in Hubei market is in short supply. We responded in time and adjusted the price to ensure the profit space.

Under the situation that cement is in short supply, we seize the opportunity to arrange the delivery reasonably, arrange the delivery according to the delivery ratio of off-season customers, and focus on giving full guarantee to high-priced areas and important customers to maximize the benefits. In the aspect of supply guarantee, all production departments actively cooperate, and the manufacturing department meticulously maintains the inspection equipment to keep the process stable and the output normal; the purchasing department reserves all kinds of materials; the quality control department strictly controls the products to ensure that each batch of products meets the enterprise standard; the shipping department optimizes the shipping process and maintains the order of on-site vehicles...
