This has aroused our concern. After inquiry, we learned that the padlock was originally used during equipment maintenance and inspection. No matter who enters the inside of the equipment, the control button box beside the machine must be locked. After the maintenance is completed, the padlock can be opened to power on, thus effectively ensuring the maintenance safety.
The safety management of Huaxing Red Tower adopts Lafarge's safety management mode. The separation of people and vehicles in the factory area and the notification of dangerous areas are all clear and definite. The on-site employees wear labor protection articles in a standard manner, and the sampling personnel also wear goggles, earplugs and so on... The visit time is very short, but I am shocked by their strict degree of safety management.
With the further implementation of enterprise post optimization, the number of on-site personnel has been greatly reduced, and loopholes are inevitable in the confirmation of startup and shutdown. We also need to improve the safety management mode urgently. The application of Huaxing Hongta safety lock also gives us great inspiration.
