Of course, the run-in with the new equipment is also a story of love and hate. For example, the new equipment works very well under the debugging of the technicians in the production plant. After they leave, they "lose their temper" from time to time. Sometimes the whole equipment is not well adjusted, which makes us hate and fear. However, these are of course temporary. After we are familiar with their "temper", we will know how to prescribe the right medicine. Every time I solve a good problem and watch the machine run normally, my heart is actually very happy-the peak is making progress, and we are also making progress!
In this more than a year, I also had the honor to witness the "birth" of the suppository line and the cooperation with Kindel. From the confirmation of the production site, the selection of equipment, to the verification of some processes, I went through the process of a production line from idea to birth, and gained a lot. What impressed me more was that when the two sides confirmed the differences in the actual process, they made corrections again and again, and finally successfully completed this step.
