. With the passage of time, peak has gone through 60 years from the small cement factory at the foot of peak mountain. Sixty years is enough to make a city undergo earth-shaking changes, and the peak, after the wind and rain, still stands proudly on the edge of the Wujiang River, becoming a monument in the hearts of the peak.

Last year, I came to Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, a big family. Because I have never been in the pharmaceutical industry, everything here makes me very curious. The first time I entered the workshop, I sent photos of me wearing work clothes and sanitary caps to my circle of friends. I was asked by my friends if I was working in the hospital. In fact, entering the workshop is much more complicated than entering the hospital. For example, it is necessary to "go deep" and change into clean clothes of different colors. It is not too much to say that "armed to the teeth"... These initial scenes have remained in my mind until now.

I am engaged in equipment management, and my daily work is to ensure the normal operation of the equipment with two masters. In just over a year, I have witnessed the progress of some equipment from manual to automation, which is our pursuit of efficiency and a higher guarantee of product quality. Of course, the run-in with the new equipment is also a story of love and hate. For example, the new equipment works very well under the debugging of the technicians in the production plant. After they leave, they "lose their temper" from time to time. Sometimes the whole equipment is not well adjusted, which makes us hate and fear. However, these are of course temporary. After we are familiar with their "temper", we will know how to prescribe the right medicine. Every time I solve a good problem and watch the machine run normally, my heart is actually very happy-the peak is making progress, and we are also making progress!

In this more than a year, I also had the honor to witness the "birth" of the suppository line and the cooperation with Kindel. From the confirmation of the production site, the selection of equipment, to the verification of some processes, I went through the process of a production line from idea to birth, and gained a lot. What impressed me more was that when the two sides confirmed the differences in the actual process, they made corrections again and again, and finally successfully completed this step. I think it is precisely because of this rigorous and serious attitude that Jianfeng Pharmaceutical and Germany have more trust and tacit understanding, and bring us more possibilities for cooperation!

The meaning of the beginning is to go on. From the initial birth to the present diversified enterprises, the thorns and thorns all the way explain the persistence of struggle, embody the enterprise spirit of determined to rise to the top and climb the peak bravely. Relying on the strategic policy of "strengthening the main business through cooperation and innovation, standardizing science and seeking development", the peak is gradually strengthening its core competitiveness and moving towards the goal of a century-old enterprise!
