My childhood favorite was rice candy

Rice candy in my hometown always has a special taste. When I was a child, in order to be able to eat the first bite of rice candy, I would stay up late and wait. There are many varieties of rice candy on the market now, including sesame, peanut, green bean, corn, walnut, etc., but they are not comparable to the sweet taste when I was a child.

Living conditions are getting better and better now. There are a wide variety of foods for the New Year. Rice candy is not a necessary food for the New Year. However, as long as neighbors, relatives and friends make rice candy, parents will set up a group to make some and wait for us to taste it when we go home for the New Year.
