The decrease in the cost of raw materials used in

formulations is closely related to the increase in solvent recovery and technical research efforts in the raw material workshop. The solution to the problem of insoluble particles in methyl oxime raw materials has realized the continuous production of products. Through the adjustment and transformation of multiple processes, the yield has increased by 13% , and the cost per batch has decreased by 1.4 yuan. Paroxetine hydrochloride and amlodipine aspartate have carried out six technical research at the same time, greatly saving the cost of raw materials.

2017 , although the number of people in Jinxi Factory did not decrease significantly, under the condition that the employment gap reached 20% , it not only ensured the normal supply of its own products, but also digested the 2000 jobs required for the centralized operation of new products and contract manufacturing business, it also solved the problem of serious labor shortage when half of the site QA took maternity leave and the three lines of the raw material workshop were opened at the same time, thanks to the compression and allocation of labor in QA and the workshop.
