News Following the successful renovation of 2 Packaging Machine Bag Clearing Machine, at the end of 1 in 2018 , Daye Peak Cement Company completed the renovation of 1 Packaging Machine Bag Clearing Machine, and entered service on 2 July 1 .
This technological transformation includes three parts: bag unloading machine, bag smoothing machine and bag cleaning machine. Only the import and export are left for the whole sealing process. The bag machine is composed of two units, each unit is composed of 12 hollow rollers, which are connected with each other by chains and gears. The bag cleaning machine is installed above the outlet of the bag cleaning machine by a cross combination of two fans to clean the passing cement bags. Due to the negative pressure of the dust collecting fan, the cleaned cement ash falls into the chute below the hollow drum into the hoist and then returns to the packaging machine. The use of this technical transformation not only avoids the secondary pollution of cement ash to the environment, but also ensures the safety of the plug-in workers due to the whole sealing process, and the recycling of cement ash avoids waste.
