From a small factory on a hillside in those days to a garden-like enterprise today, from a daily sales volume of several hundred tons of cement to a daily sales volume of several thousand tons or even tens of thousands of tons, our Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company has undergone such a big change in just a few years. Of course, along the way, we have encountered many thorns and frustrations, but also paid more efforts and sweat. As an "old" marketer of Yunnan Peak, I would like to share with you the growth of our Yunnan Peak over the years with my own personal experience.
I know and understand the peak, which started when I entered Yunnan peak in 2012 . At that time, Yunnan Peak was still under construction, which can be described as "crude"-located on a small hillside, surrounded by mountains, and separated by a large road between the dormitory and the factory area. The factory area is full of bare soil, dusty in dry season and muddy in rainy season. At that time, the documents for selling cement were still written by hand, and the statistician made the accounts manually in a notebook. Customers only dared to type tens of thousands of yuan each time. What I am not used to is that every time a customer calls, he asks us if we are a relay cement factory. We have recruited a dozen salesmen to run the market, but every time we hold a marketing meeting, everyone unanimously reflects that customers only recognize the old wild elephant cement, have half a doubt about our products, dare not purchase, and pull up to a dozen tons to try in the store. For these reasons, we can only develop into a small market that is remote and immature, and sales are naturally difficult to go up. Until the end of 2012 , the daily sales of 2000 tons were still unimaginable to us. The change of
started gradually from 2013 . The daily sales volume slowly increased to 2000 tons and then to 3000 tons. The company also made a profit for the first time. With the continuous growth of sales volume, the backward working mode of manual billing mainly and computer billing supplemented cannot meet the demand. The company specially improved the sales and storage network system in 2014 , integrating billing, accounting and customer payment information, thus greatly improving the work efficiency.
However, we were still worried at that time. I clearly remember that at that time, when there was a big project bidding, the relevant person in charge of the company would also participate, but it could only be "watching the masses" to learn and prepare for real participation in the future, because we did not have a production license at that time. No matter how high the quality is and how good the service is, we are not qualified to bid. Because of this, we focus on the civilian market, real estate projects, mixing stations, rural roads, private housing renovation, etc., as long as possible, we will try our best to squeeze in. After hard work, more and more customers admit that in addition to those old brands, spike cement is also good. When we received the production license at the end of 2015 , our quality and service have been widely recognized by the market, and we are more confident in our work. In that year, most of the peers in southwest Yunnan suffered losses, but Yunnan Jianfeng achieved good benefits. The influence of the "Jianfeng" brand continued to increase, and we also had a greater voice in the industry.
However, market competition is everywhere. Two neighboring cement plants have been put into production successively, which has brought us a lot of impact, and the sales volume in some markets has even been greatly reduced. However, relying on quality, service and the good reputation accumulated over the past few years, we did not blindly reduce prices to preserve the market, but worked hard to maintain channels and strive for various projects. In 2016 , Jianfeng Cement won the title of "Yunnan Famous Brand Product". The construction of Yumo Railway and Silan Expressway has also brought us new opportunities. As the market picks up in 2017 , our Yunnan peak performance continues to rise, with daily and monthly sales setting new records many times. Although there have been some ups and downs during the period, but through the company's ability to cooperate, we still achieved the best performance since the start of production.
Enterprises must develop. Only by firmly grasping the market and constantly improving themselves can they not be eliminated. As a new force of the peak cement plate, Yunnan peak in the past few years in the wind and rain and sunshine continue to grow, continue to change. No matter how many dangers ahead, we will continue to work hard and climb the peak.

The company's vocational skill level self-identification training began.
After preparing the handout materials and question bank for the previous stage of vocational skill grade identification training, daye peak cement company conducted the vocational skill grade identification training for the machine repair team of the manufacturing department on August 10. On August 12 and 18, the pharmaceutical company also organized two phases of vocational skill level identification training for pharmaceutical preparation workers. According to the national skill level standard, the group company is divided into four grades: grade 5/junior worker, grade 4/intermediate worker, grade 3/senior worker and grade 2/technician. According to the analysis of employee registration, since there is only one type of job for pharmaceutical preparation workers, and cement production workers include cement central controller, cement quality inspector, cement clinker calciner, cement manufacturer, cement production inspection worker and other types of jobs, the number of applicants is less than that of cement production workers. Most of the employees who signed up were identified as participating in the four levels of vocational skills. According to preliminary statistics, there are now 155 employees who have signed up for their professional skill level, including 47 pharmaceutical preparation workers and 108 cement production workers. The human resources department of the group company is stepping up efforts to organize personnel to examine the qualifications of the employees whose registration grades are identified, and then enter the Zhejiang professional ability integration platform for formal registration after passing the examination. According to the national vocational skill standards and other content, each unit carries out targeted training for employees who participate in the independent identification of vocational skill levels. The training is conducted through on-site teaching, online teaching, and learning platform question bank exercises. After the training, the group company will organize the employees who participate in the grade identification to carry out examination and assessment, and those who pass the examination will complete the grade identification and issue the skill grade certificate. It is understood that in order to ensure the quality of vocational skill level identification, after the company was approved to independently identify the vocational skill level, the human resources department of the group organized all units to compile the question bank for various types of work in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise and with reference to the national vocational skill standards and training syllabus and other materials. after classification, unification and standardization, verification and proofreading, the preparation of the question bank has been basically completed. After being submitted to the superior unit for examination and approval, the company will import the question bank on the enterprise university platform to facilitate employees to prepare for the examination. The question bank for the independent identification of vocational skills level will also be extracted from the question banks of various industries, including professional ethics, basic knowledge, safety and environmental protection knowledge, laws and regulations knowledge, professional work practice and other national vocational skills standards. Basic requirements. The examination and assessment for independent determination of vocational skill level is tentatively scheduled for mid-September.
