Due to the characteristics of raw coal, the belt conveyor belt will be stuck with pulverized coal, and the general cleaner cannot clean the ash on the empty back belt, which will cause dust accumulation on the lower ground of the whole belt conveyor, accelerate the wear of the idler and the belt, pollute the surrounding environment and increase the cleaning workload of employees. In view of this situation, Yunnan Jianfeng added an electric roller brush cleaner to the lower part of the return tape at the head of the belt conveyor. Judging from the on-site operation, the sticky ash on the surface of the return tape was effectively removed, the secondary dust was reduced, the working environment was improved, and the cleaning workload of employees was reduced.
