For the selected talents, Jinhua municipal party Committee and municipal government will give individual awards of 40 yuan, 20 yuan and 60 yuan and 30 yuan respectively according to the comprehensive evaluation results. the scientific research project funding is mainly used for the purchase of scientific research equipment, project research and development, personnel training and introduction, etc.

Dr. Li Wende has served as the main technical executive and senior management personnel in many well-known biomedical health enterprises in China for many years. He has in-depth theoretical research and rich practical experience in scientific research and development and in the development and utilization of food, health food, natural products, and the feasibility development and production of food ingredients. He once presided over and participated in a national development project, developed a variety of health foods such as Angli brand Xinbang tablets, and owned four patents. During the period of 2006-2008 , he served as the director of the Technical Committee of the Plant Promotion Branch of the China Medical Insurance Chamber of Commerce.
