meeting, peak health combined with the annual output, production batch, batch yield, average yield and other relevant data of 2017 products, according to the production budget of 2018 , selected the main production varieties, varieties with low yield and unstable yield and listed them in the catalogue of technical research products, and subdivided the research priorities according to the production characteristics of each product in the catalogue, the process control and drying, crushing and drying, product production and other processes are optimized to improve the yield.

In the production of decoction pieces, the output of Pinellia ternata will continue to expand. Peak Health will gradually explore the parameters such as the thickness of medicinal material slices, drying temperature and alternating frequency of drying cold and hot air to form a standard operating standard. Pinellia ternata products will be refined. The research target of Pinellia ternata, ginger Pinellia ternata and Pinellia ternata is planned to increase the annual average yield by 3-3-20%; for the production of precious decoction pieces such as Paris, Bletilla striata and raspberry, the drying method and drying time should be explored to ensure that the moisture content of the products is controlled within a reasonable range and the product yield should be improved. For pillar products such as yanhusuo, cassia seed and burnt malt, the crushing equipment and sieving equipment will be continuously upgraded, and the crushing form and sieving form will be adjusted to improve the yield. In terms of plant extraction, according to the market situation in the new year, the normal production process will be optimized, and different processes will be selected according to the market price of the extract to maximize profits; at the same time, extract products such as cinnamon, wolfberry and mulberry leaves will be included in the new product development catalogue to increase the reserve of extract products.

This meeting also identified the person in charge of technical research for each product, formed a research team, drafted the technical research plan and implementation plan, and will hold a periodic special meeting to report on the implementation and summarize experience, and further tackle the problem.
