Daye Peak Obtained Record of Environmental Protection Upgrade Project

News In response to the local government's investment requirements for fixed assets and to improve environmental protection management, Daye Peak Cement Company began to apply for environmental protection upgrade project in October of September 11, 2017. This application has been filed by daye city Development and Reform Bureau, and the project filing certificate was obtained in 2018 1 April. The total investment of this renovation project is about 1637

yuan, including the new clinker shed and desulfurization project. The process of the clinker shed is mainly to take the clinker from the

discharge port on the side of the existing clinker warehouse, send it to the new clinker pile shed through the belt conveyor, and then transport it to the cement mill clinker mixing warehouse through the 4 clinker belt. The construction of clinker shed can effectively alleviate the existing clinker reserve situation of Daye Peak and reduce the dust caused by clinker stacking in the open air. The desulfurization project process of mainly adopts wet flue gas desulfurization, which is characterized in that the desulfurization system is located at the end of the flue and after the dust collector, and the reaction temperature of the desulfurization process is lower than the dew point, so the flue gas after desulfurization needs to be reheated to be discharged. Because it is a gas-liquid reaction, its desulfurization reaction speed, high efficiency, high utilization rate of desulfurization additives, the average desulfurization rate can reach 85%

. The completion of the desulfurization project can effectively reduce the sulfur dioxide emission value at the end of the kiln.

The implementation of Daye Peak Environmental Protection Upgrade Project has received strong support from local government departments. Among them, the desulfurization project is the first cement company in Hubei Province.
